Refund policy

يمكنكِ معاينة الطلب قبل الاستلام للتأكد من مطابقته. وفي حالة رفض الاستلام، يتم سداد قيمة الشحن فقط.

يرجى العلم أنه لا يمكن استلام جزء من الطلب ورفض جزء آخر إذا كان الطلب يحتوي على أكثر من موديل، ويكون الاستلام أو الرفض للطلب بالكامل.

وفي حال وجود أي مشكلة بالمقاس أو الموديل بعد الاستلام، يمكنكِ تقديم طلب استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام، وذلك وفقًا لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع.

⚠️ منتجات السواريه لا تُستبدل ولا تُسترجع.   

You are welcome to inspect your order before accepting delivery to ensure it matches your purchase. If you choose to refuse the order, only the shipping fee will be charged.

Please note that partial acceptance is not available. If your order contains multiple items, it must be accepted or refused in full.

If you experience any issue with the size or item after delivery, you may request an exchange or return through our Customer Service team within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with our Exchange & Return Policy.

Please note that evening wear (Soirée) items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
